usage:

This one:
- walks form point to point,
- search mutable segment,
- mutate it using mutate() function in lowered CI
or
- mutate it using bruteforce: try one by one. Script uses ONLY "desired" for TNT AAs. You can simply change this at end of script
- after mutate sphere around is shaken and if score is good is also loacally BFed and entire protein is wiggled at end

MutateByOne(sStart, sEnd,reverse,sphere,brute,ci)
sStart - start segment, 1 if nil
sEnd - end segment, segCount if nil (last segment)
reverse - start from end, false if nil (normal order)
sphere - size of sphere for shake/wiglle after mutate, 7 if nil
brute - test all aa set in list at start of script, false if nil (auto mutate)
ci - clash importance of auto mutate, 0.8 if nil

default 2 runs:
MutateByOne(nil,nil,true,nil,true,nil) <-reverse brute, desired AAs
MutateByOne() <- auto

Just edit at end and tell it where, how and what to do ;]
Remove (or comment) line -1 form segCount to use it on any non-lingard puzzle.
