Description:

Just modifies all bands strengths. The UI only lets the strength go from 0.5 to 1.5, and it's tedious to modify a lot of bands. Great when you really, really want the backbone to move and it's being stubborn.

Bah

Three line script, and I got it wrong. Release 1.01 fixes the bug.

Oh, and another thing,

Oh, and another thing, although I has saved my best solutions in the expectation that I would be able to call them up once the reload was complete, they are lost, which means that I have several thousand points to regain.....
Whether it is relevant or not, I don't know, but I'm running the 64bit version of W7 although nothing else seems affected.

Foldit has always had problems with many bands

Foldit has always had problems with lots of bands, especially on low end computers. I think it is probably a memory leak. It is recommended that you save frequently if you have crashes.

Still, if you crash, you can sometimes recover your lost save. Select Open/Share Solutions, then click the checkbox for autosaves. Look through the saves that appear and you can frequently recover one that is at least close to your maximum score.
