Banding helises one by one and make them more ideal. Options at end. Fixed running Fuze too much times. Now Fuze is runned only if is over 1pt gain after stabilize.

- can band part of helise, not seseary entire at once
- can change maximum str of bands

--steps=how many times strengh should be changed (2 to 10), default (slowest)=10
--maxln=maximum lenght of cured helise (default=entire helise at once, min 6)
--stepln=if helise is longer than maxln how many segment should be skipped beterrn bandings (default-1 seg)
--strfactor=maximum str for bands, >1 useless, default 0.7

CureHelises(4, 25, 4,0.5) --for example
or CureHelises() to use defaults

1.5 (downgrade ? O_o)

+ optional wiggle all or only helix when pull (helix as default)
+ adjustable clash importance during pull (0.7 by default)
+ optional faster qStab (only 1 shake and 1 wiggle) (full qStab by default)
+ max str to 1.3
+ lowered PF threshold to 5 (PF is started only when we 5 pts close to best score)
+ added save recent best when pulling - sometimes it makes fractions
+ qStab is started only if score changes more than 1pt after pull
