Useful when you want to fuze after a rebuild, or a tweak etc. and you are sure of the position. Remember to Freeze secondaries and loops, as well as disable bands wherever you don't want movement. Unfreeze the loops where you want movement. See the comments in the script. You might want to do a wiggle shake wiggle, restore and a shake wiggle restore before this fuse to see if it is a position worth using.

The name is changed. A description is now given. The wiggle iterations are now 2 to reduce the time. Comments are added within the script. Your comments and suggestions are welcome. If you like I will add a wiggle first type fuse, as well as a fuse with and without the freezing or banding bits. There are probably enough fuses going around already though. I used phi because it occurs everywhere in visible nature. It would be interesting to know if it occurs on the micro and nanoscale.
