Structure-agnostic wiggling and shaking with systematically decreasing clashing importance. Each iteration starts from the initial solution or the best improvement since, so you can stop at any moment. Will stop automatically after 20 fruitless passes. Single step undo. Preserves bands, CI, secondary structure. Best after a rebuild/pull on a slightly stable structure or as end game.

Renamed from Get Your Mojo Working

Used to be called "Get Your Mojo Working" (without version number).
Changed input and output: fewer and more clear input options, nicer output (I think). "Effort 1" now equivalent to setting initial ci to zero, "Effort 3" disappeared.

Slightly faster (less keen to repeat wiggles). Now with totally overboard generic column alignment of text - reverse engineered the proportional font of the output window (there is no kerning I can spot, but no consistent font sizing to the pixel either).
