Wiggling with random clashing importance. To squeeze improvements from any somewhat stable solution. If there is much to gain, tends to reap more than simple wiggling (with ci=1), and then keeps trying. If there is little movement, often there is a sweet spot ci that gets you out of a local minimum, and it is found after many fruitless iterations. Supports exploration puzzles and mutable sidechains. Preserves secondary structure, bands and orignal CI. Single-step undo.

Added shake checkbox, to exclude the shakes done after enough gain, and disabled is by default in case you positioned the sidechains yourself.

Randomness is less random, alternating between small and big ci.

(don't know if I forgot to share 1.2.0 or to write comments)
Support for exploration puzzles (showing exploration/stability multiplier and optionally requiring increase). Single-step undo, which in a way also allows to visually compare the before and after, if only the protein didn't crawl along in space. Temporarily resetting secondary structure. Optionally, temporarily disabling all bands. Better number formatting (relying on the fact that two spaces are as wide as one digit).

Mutation in applicable

Mutation in applicable puzzles, more efficient wiggling up (stops earlier if extrapolated score is too low, continues longer otherwise).

If you added enabled bands, optionally disables them while breathing in or out

Another attempt to feed this into this captcha infested forum of hell.

Removed recentbest capture for some reason I can't quite remember now.

Restored recentbest capture. Added time and iteration count.
