This has a hack that simulates the long-missing get_aa() function. Also has a function to print the string for the amino acid chain, and a IsHydrophobic() function.

By itself, this function

By itself, this function isn't very useful...just prints the amino acid chain to the output window. Another line prints the sequence of hydrophobic and hydrophilic segments.

It's main use is to be copied into other scripts.

Your get_aa() script

Excellent! Where did you find the constants in brackets for your proteinType? They don't mean anything to me.

This script is obsolete now

They re-implemented the get_aa() function in the game, so this function is now redundant. I'm leaving it up for historical purposes.
