Makes a region rigid so it can be moved as a whole

-- Handy if you want to move a section with minimal disturbance in that section and/or specified parts
-- Specify the parts that must be joined (segment numbers can be found by moving the cursor to the segment
-- and hitting TAB)
-- 3 types
-- Helixes: Will get 3 bands each segment
-- Plates: For parallel sheets, bands will go to their opposits + extra bands between the first
-- and the last sheet of a plate, nr of bands a segment gets can be specified
-- Regions: All segments will be connected
-- Optional: Create output so the bands can be transported to another instance of the puzzle
-- (Output is found in the foldit dir, scriptlog.
