Updated Version

This is an optimization update, which improves the time it takes to run the Wiggle Walk recipe.

An experiment was conducted to determine the effectiveness of changing the general Local Wiggle Sequence and Unfreeze routines, to work on unfrozen segments alternate to frozen segments, rather than all segments at once.

Time elapsed on protein with 98 segments

Wiggle Walk: 3 minutes 14 sec.
Wiggle Walk 2: 3 minutes 9 sec.
Total savings: 5 sec.

The Local Wiggle Sequence routines had the greatest improvement of the two types of routines tested. While the time savings were quite small with the protein used in the experiment, it is expected that greater time savings will be made on larger proteins.

The optimization does not appear to affect the scoring performance of the recipe.
