changelog:

- update random number generator to Tlaloc`s math library
more optionals:
- work in all-loop mode
- do not use part of protein
- always use part of protein (ie ligand can be one end of all bands)
- change pulling CI
- change min and max band str
- change minimum segment distance between banding segments
- change maximum spatial distance between banding segments
- always push
- always pull hydros
- work forever
- do_mutate(1) every generation
- only BF after pulling
- skip BF after pulling
- fast/slow stabilize

Script is totally dropping (shown as -999 score) critter what have negative score around 1 pt. That set of bands not doing any change then we not need it to explore.

- "compressor" option (makes all bands shorter by given factor)
- randomizing push/pull option are optional

- added "loss" option - score rebooted to best every generation not every critter (default disabled)
- herd size adjusted to 2+3
- all wiggles are always (2)
- added S2H option - all bands have one end on sheet second on helix (disabled by default, can be used only on certain puzzles, need secundary structure to work)
- more bands per critter
