Now shows random seed value. Helps to reproduce and avoid equal results. Improved ligand detection. Uses different strategies for ligand and non-ligand puzzles. On non-ligand-puzzles, all segments will be banded/moved, preferring segments with loops and solitary segments. On ligand puzzles, the script will try to move the ligand , banding it to proteine segments which are close to it.

probably a stupid question,

probably a stupid question, but if i let it run for, lets say *looks at the clock* 24 hours. how do i reset to the best score the script achieved?

because my very best score was another try and higher, and the undo graph is not long enough.

does it save the best achieved score in a certain quicksave slot?

Well, it depends on the mode

Well, it depends on the mode the script runs, but in general, you can try resetting to recent best after script termination.

Working with saveslots can also do the trick, but I will have to check the script again to remind myself, as I didn't do any folding the last weeks because of job reasons.

Here is a list of which saveslots are used for which state

quickload(1): Puzzle state at GAB Start
quickload(2): Puzzle state at generation start
quickload(3): Puzzle state at fuse start
quickload(4): Best result for current cluster
quickload(5): Best result for current generation

If you terminate the script, use restore recent best to get the best result since script start.
