What does ListNetworks1 do?
ListNetworks1 was made for Symmetry Puzzles (like 1974) with 
hydrogen bond networks (HBN's). It lists the bonds (both 
hydrogen and disulfide bonds), what monomers, segments, amino 
acids, secondary structures, atoms, & atom types they connect, 
whether each end is a backbone or sidechain atom, their 
Bonding or Disulfides subscores, their lengths, and their 
widths (how thick they appear in the Foldit gui). 

ListNetworks1 also attempts to group the bonds & segments into 
"Networks" by following which segments each bond connects. It 
ignores backbone to backbone bonds (like the ones holding 
helices or sheets together) within the same monomer in these 
"Networks" and gives a bway value of 3 for "Networks" with at 
least one bond connecting different monomers (a bit like the
red or blue HBN's the Foldit gui shows).
