Loop Rebuild modified so that after Remix/Rebuild/Shake/Wiggle etc: it performs some Local Quakes rather than Fuses in an attempt to improve the score.

Remix & shake
Takes the 4 best ones: local shake, wiggle sidechains, local wiggle selected
Take this best one and further fix with shake, wiggle

--v1.4.1 adding option for number of best remixes to be refined (low is quick, default 4)
-- optional RebuildOnRemix (option in the code only), if false then rebuild this segments on the credited score
-- but the quake is always on rebuild result (like in Ebola).
--v1.4.3 jeff101 display, retired fast, adding NoWiggle (wiggle is dangerous for rama map if the AAs are not the right ones)
--v1.4.4 undo.SetUndo for better performance

Default all protein (not only loop), better for "no rebuild" puzzles. Change is if you want to idealize loops.

I am remixing 3-9 segs in that order even though I set it manually from 9-4 segs.

It should work now

But if existing loops are smaller, the receipe will adapt.
