Fix for EPS section

This version of DistMap increases the output to 8 bits, putting out two hex characters per point in the EPS section. This doubles the length of each line, while the number of lines remain the same.

This change seems to get around issues with the previous scheme, which used 4 bits or one hex digit per point.

simply doubles each character.

The fix simply repeats the previous single digit. So "0" is now "00", "1" is now "11", "2" is "22", and so on. Perhaps we could do something more create with the extra bits, but good enough for now.
