Taking Down Puzzle 1434

Due to a high level of "bugginess" with Puzzle 1434, we will be taking it down. We will put it back up when the issues are resolved and players will be able to load in their previous solutions. Sorry for any inconvenience. We appreciate all your feedback and everything you guys do!

Classroom Puzzle Series

We're introducing a new series of Foldit puzzles! This winter, Professor Scott Horowitz at the University of Denver will be using Foldit puzzles to teach biochemistry to undergraduates. But first we're making these Classroom Puzzles available to regular Foldit players, and we'd love to hear what you think of them! See the blog for more information, and check out the first puzzle: 1434: Classroom Puzzle: Phosphates in Biology!

Puzzle 1431 Unsolved De-novo Freestyle 117 Deadline Extended

Puzzle 1431 Unsolved De-novo Freestyle 117 has been extended by two weeks! After discussion with the community and Foldit admin team, we agree that a week for such a big puzzle was too limiting. We're hoping all find the two additional weeks useful for full exploration of the puzzle and apologize that the extension came so close to the actual deadline.
