Not clear why:
Note that these secondary structure predictions are not necessarily present in the server model that has been provided in the puzzle.

The server models do not necessarily follow the SAM secondary predictions,
unless they came from the SAM-T08 server (in which I'd expect them to be very similar! :-)

The RosettaServer predictions do not use those SAM predictions either, as you can see here:
