Since I'm not good at coding but have a plethora of ideas for recipes, I'll let them out and maybe people might try them. I encourage other people to tell recipe ideas and suggestions or tweaks to increase the overall quality of the protein we get in the end.

1- DRW a worst segment (but instead of shake or fuse) start another DRW on another worst segment which might increase the overall ideality of the protein.

2- For De-Novo puzzles, it would be nice to have a recipe that acts just like the ribosome exit site. Thus it would start working on the very first segment and after that the first 2 segments and so on and so forth. It would then be possible to create a thorough ideal protein sequentially.
