I like that when I tab on an amino acid, a window appears giving information about that amino acid and strings setup by structure.SetNote. One thing that would be nice is if you could click on this window with the left or right arrow key and it would show the info about the previous or next amino acid instead. This way you could start by tabbing on amino acid #1 to reveal its information window, then use the right arrow to go through all the other amino acids' information windows one by one.

If you left-clicked on amino acid #1, it would go to the final amino acid. Likewise, if you right-clicked on the final amino acid, it would go to amino acid #1.

You could use this to get information about a residue buried in the protein interior while a Recipe is running. You could just tab on an exposed residue on the protein surface, and then use the arrow keys to move to the desired buried residue.

Thanks for implementing most of the above suggestions. I like that I can now scan thru all the Notes just by pressing the arrow keys. One problem is that I often Tab on the wrong end of the protein and then have to Tab again at the other end or use many arrow key presses to reach the Notes I want.

Could you make the following change?

If you press the left arrow key on amino acid #1, it goes to the final amino acid.
Likewise, if you press the right arrow key on the final amino acid, it goes to amino acid #1.

Thanks again!

I just noticed the arrows work in the Original Interface but not the Selection Interface.
Can you make them work in the Selection Interface too?

Thanks!
