*screams*
YOU BETTER NOT TAKE AWAY MY HIGH WIGGLE POWER!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!
In all seriousness, this is probably a good thing. Glad you're testing this out before CASP :)
I sure hope it turns out High is indispensable; and you aren't just going to roll the functions into another power. While it might make sense, it would take away the fun of anticipating going to high and shooting up in the score, and watching the green rank ups scroll by. We gotta a little fun, folks.
Low is not acting like Low in this puzzle. I was able to stabilize a .2 start way easier than any other denovo you have posted since NC began. It's acting more like Auto usually does.
Who put the super glue in this one?
I usually try a rough wiggle to get a sense of what the puzzle should be, reset and manually try to set a neat structure. That said, I'm on old equipment, so High Wiggle Power sometimes is the only way I can get a puzzle to move along once I have a general structure set.
Here is the sequence logo predicted by the SAM server:
H = helix
E = sheet
C = loop (or coil)
The taller the letter at each position, the higher the probability of that specific secondary structure for that amino acid.
The above predictions are already on the starting model (based on the horizontal lines in the above figure).
