This may be by design, but it will require some scripts to be changed. Rebuilding at CI 0 causes the backbone to go through other parts of the protein, and causes helices to be scrunched up into tangles or balls. Setting CI to 0.5 causes the helix to pop back out of the rest of the backbone and it gradually resumes a helix shape.
