Lua "Script Notes"

I like what Ebola Rebuild.has done, saving script progress in a note. I suggest creating notes specifically for scripts to write to. It could be called something like note.SetScriptNote(str note, int noteSlot, bool viable).
NoteSlot: Acts like a quicksand slot. This could be a user-defined string to make code more readable.
Viable: There should be a section to view script notes. This would signify if it shows there or not (ex. Not if it is background info, true if it is reporting).
