Description: This is a repost of Puzzle 805, with a few important changes. First of all, this puzzle is debuting the new Fragment Filter and Remix Tool to help you design proteins that are likely to fold up in the lab. The protein backbone is no longer frozen, but there is an RMSD condition on most of the residues, to maintain the ferredoxin-like fold. This protein chain includes an extra helix at the N- or C-terminus, although you can redesign it to whatever shape you likeā€”this helix is ignored by the RMSD condition. Reset the puzzle to alternate between the extended N- and C-terminus versions. This puzzle also includes a Residue IE filter, which monitors that all PHE, TYR, and TRP residues are scoring well.
