Adding a special bonus for disulfide bonds should not be necessary.
Just multiply the positive (only positive) bonds score component by 2.
That should give us enough points to chase disulfide bonding. (Any bond can then be as much as about 2*20 pts)

So dont do that on design puzzles, but do it on normal puzzles. Then no need for a seperate disulfide round.
I believe the reason why we decided against this is that it would award arbitrarily many disulfide bonds, when in reality we only want you to have at most some small number.
