Tutorial tips reappearing repeatedly.

Not to put too fine a point on it, but if I've just read the tutorial tips for a puzzle, I don't actually need to see them repeated every 8 seconds. My memory isn't nearly that bad. But on the puzzle I'm currently on (tutorial structure mode) nearly everything I do repeats the tutorial messages, and there is no way to just cancel it - you have to click through all the way to the end (follow the bouncing OK button). There is a button that allows me to repeat the tutorial on demand - in the upper-right. It works just fine.
With that tutorial popping up every time I try to do something, it's an immense distraction. Nobody needs it. As I said, there is a button to repeat the tutorial on demand. It doesn't need to repeat over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over...I take it I've illustrated my point? It's infuriating. I quit the puzzle because I spend more of my time fretting about when the damned thing is going to repeat again than I do thinking about the puzzle. It's the equivalent of trying to thread a needle while a wasp is dive-bombing at your nose.
Speaking of which - put an option to cancel the tutorial sequence, just in case you hit it by accident, or it's popping up every five seconds like it is here. You know - the standard "OK/Cancel" paradigm. There is an option to suppress messages, but it doesn't seem to work on the tutorial stuff. Apparently the assumption is that we're too dumb to read, or we have the attention span of a mosquito.
