Using Linux 64-bit client Foldit-linux_x64.tar.gz (SHA1: e61dcf9698633948eb9f1d81b3699d78f323b9bd)
Ubuntu 13.04 64-bit, freeglut3 2.6.0-4ubuntu1 package, XFCE 4.10 window manager, kernel 3.8.0-30-generic

During initial run, crash after a while, after

First phase of downloading works (somewhat lengthy):
binary ok
database ok
resources ok

Then a quick binary / database / resources "cycle" then crash happens

Output:
biterminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::logic_error'
what(): basic_string::_S_construct null not valid
Aborted (core dumped)

Generated core dump with gdb, but can't attach it due to upload restrictions (png, txt)
