| Description: |
This is a new type of puzzle we'd like to use for special structure prediction problems, where there is evidence that certain residues are close to one another in the folded protein. You can see these 'predicted contacts' by clicking the Contact Map button (in the Main menu in Selection Interface, and in the Actions tab in Classic). Blue squares represent predicted contacts; a darker blue color mean there is stronger evidence for a contact prediction. There is a score multiplier that increases whenever you bring together two residues that make a predicted contact. Try out this puzzle and let us know what you think! |
