This feedback hasn't been made, surprisingly. Occasionally, I get kicked from puzzle chat. This has happened with group (as I'm sure most of us painfully remember) and I believe global too (though I can't remember). A member of my group just had the same thing happen today.

Thanks for reporting this. Do you see any specific error messaging when you are booted? Does this all happen in-game or while using an external IRC client?

In game. It just gives the same message as you would if you get banned by an OP (probably, I wouldn't know). "You have been kicked". I don't even use puzzle, and usually not global. When I asked about it in global a while ago, it sounded like it's been happening for a while and it's not too unusual.
I believe I have heard from others that this happens to them as well.
