Bug in latest devprev ?

Colour relative to guide does not look like it is performing correctly in the latest devprev release. When playing the latest beginner puzzle, all segments are the same colour.

OK, there is a slight variance in colour. Have you changed the code in some way ?

Yep, absolutely no difference when you check/uncheck "Use relative score coloring"

Reminder, relative score coloring doesn't work at all on electron density puzzles once you are over 10000 points or so: http://fold.it/portal/node/993606

This should be fixed for non-ED puzzles as of the latest release.
