Mistake : structure.IsMutable is true on some segments
can we have the exploration score in current.GetExplorationMultiplier()?
Would not be sufficient to put constraints on the backbone and not on the sidechains?
I am confused, marie_s, the sidechains should not have any constraints.
The RMSD condition should only be affecting the backbone (as it only looks at the C-alpha atoms).
Are you able to move sidechains and have the "Explored X of at most 2.00" value change?
