At puzzle 689b the wiggle function works but the clashing importance most of the time doesnt!

to test that, at the start wiggle with CI=0.

yeah at the start cl=0, wiggle, just wiggles like there is cl=1

But it works with shakeing & if there already are clashes.

I think this happens in any case where you have an extended chain (stretched way out), and that makes sense. CI=0 just means that the van der Waals forces aren't there - but these forces don't really matter when nothing is close to overlapping in the first place.
