Here are the secondary structure predictions!

Here is the sequence logo predicted by the SAM server:

H = helix
E = sheet
C = loop (or coil)

The taller the letter at each position, the higher the probability of that specific secondary structure for that amino acid.

For example, the Valines at residues 25 & 58 are highly predicted to be part of a sheet. However, the Alanines at residues 40 & 47 are predicted to be in a helix!

The above predictions are already on the starting model (based on the horizontal lines in the above figure).

this puzzle is not difficult

It is easiest that many new ones with layers.
Please put this type of puzzle in intermediate, I think new ones may have fun plying with them.

For new ones, just check you have do all these tutorials:
- lonely sheets,
- lock and lower,
- rebuild,
- structure and rebuild,
- control over clashing.

I have switched it to "Intermediate" and we'll make the Design puzzles with Filters "Advanced" from now on (until we are able to make them easier!)
