I noticed that wiggle only does a lot at its first cycle. Next cycles are very fast and almost do nothing.
That is different to the previous behavior. What has changed?

I've noticed similar behavior in 680. Often, if I stop the wiggle and restart, there's a gain.

wiggle doesn't work well in 680, you can wiggle with CI =0 a loop that have space to move and nothing happen. Only bands can move it and suddenly it collapse.

For anyone else running into issues with wiggle only moving the protein on early iterations if you could share your solutions with yourself and post the name here that would help the investigation.
