Unfortunately, you will NOT be able to load in your previous solutions from Puzzle 673 into this puzzle, but we are working on adding the functionality to future puzzles (coming soon as you can see here: http://fold.it/portal/node/994521)

Also, the Quark and Zhang-Server are no longer participating in CASP ROLL (as you can see here: http://predictioncenter.org/casprol/status_n.cgi) which is why we are using RosettaServer predictions for this puzzle.

Lastly, keep in mind that these automated server predictions did not take the hint into account (that this protein forms a homo-trimer) so they have probably optimized these predictions as monomers. In other words... don't be afraid the drastically alter the server predictions in order to find well-folded trimer topologies!
