Hi!

I think i would be great if I could browse between known structures, and see them, how they looking, the bonds, helixis, sheets place to look for patterns, which I would use to solve unknown structures.
Later: programming AI to do the same.

The Best to Everybody!

Adam, see in the wiki, there are many puzzles where you can find the solutions found by some players and when it is published, the real shape of the protein like for puzzle 648 http://foldit.wikia.com/wiki/Puzzle_648

Otherwise, you can see many pictures and data on proteins here:
http://www.pdb.org/pdb/home/home.do
You can see a protein in details clicking on "view in 3D".
new proteins are post every Wednesday and once a month a protein in explained.

Only on coiled coils: http://coiledcoils.chm.bris.ac.uk/ccplus/search/
