The iteration counter on shake is not the number of iterations as shake is called by from scripts.
Why is that different?

i already noted that, back when we had the precision slider added up to the behaviour one. the precision slider added so much decimals that the recipes seemed to never stop. my guess then was that iterations on the script side were the number of iterations that gave no point at all. for example, say you tell your script to shake for 3 iterations, the script will stop when, for three consecutive iterations, it finds no points at all. so the script can make a lot of iterations before stopping.
