Latest update doesn't close without a request for a disk insertion

Without anything running in the client, when I click on the top right x to close the client a window pops up titled Foldit.exe - No Disk. Inside there is an x and "There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive D:."
I've tried closing 3 clients since the update and this box has popped up on two of them.
I'm on win7 with devprev and only have 4 clients running. System has just been updated with latest microsoft updates and rebooted before I opened clients and let them update.
