Wiggle with frozen segments

I would like if there was an option so that any frozen segments would stay locked in position when doing a global wiggle, as if a local wiggle was being done on all unfrozen parts of the protein.

It would be nice to have both "freeze shape" (what we have now) and "freeze in space" options. In the meantime, one workaround is to use zero length bands to hold parts in space so they travel only minimally during wiggle. Brow42's recipe Zero Length Bands is great for this: http://fold.it/portal/recipe/37147

For keeping the overall shape you can also use my Bandmaker script. Use more or stronger bands the lower the score is before Wiggle or running a Fuze.

Thanks for the replies! Brow42's recipe is useful. I used to band pieces in place by making (approximately) zero length bands manually. I should've figured there would be a script for that :)
