Hi there,

I'm trying to use Foldit to do a simple comparison of people's ability to learn visual-spatial tasks on computers. I ran some trials with an older version and I'd like to do some more, but I need them to be comparable. Basically all I need is to allow people to play through the intro puzzles as they were in May 2011. Is this possible at all? Is there somewhere I can download older versions, and then skip the update, or is it possible for someone to send me an older version?

the foldit community has just been through a cleansing of old client versions to level the playing field. So hopefully any old versions will not score when connected.

Once you have set up your experimental model and obtained your ethics approval from an organisation accredited to conduct human trials you could perhaps try again with the latest client.
