If you only run recipes this message is not for you, pack your bags because your glory days are over.

For those who are tired of competing with the computing power of supercomputers, and have furrows on the table of so much moving the mouse, It is time to show that no machine can do the work of a human.

Let's use the weapons of the enemy: we can write a slave recipe to help us in mindless tasks.
This is the idea: we do our work (rebuild, pull, ...) and then we run the recipe 'hand work utils'. It'll show a screen with the action that you want to do and the options.

Actions:

- Stabilize with blue fuse
previous: select a segment
options: sphere radius, precise or fast, CI on wiggle

- Acid tweeker (searching of best rottamers)
previous: select a segment
options: sphere radius, precise or fast, CI on wiggle

- Mutate
previous: select a segment
options: sphere radius, precise or fast, CI on wiggle

- Cutpoints (rebuild and stabilize after join)
previous: select a segment
options: sphere radius, precise or fast, CI on wiggle

- Compress towards void
previous: band from any segment to space, the recipe takes the end of the band as center
options: sphere radius, precise or fast, CI on wiggle, only hydrophobic

- Freeze better segments
previous: nothing
options: the minimum value of the segments you want to freeze

- Local wiggle
previous: select a segment
options: sphere radius, precise or fast

Please, write here everything what you would like in the recipe, and I will write the code.
