It is not clear to me why the refinement puzzles are being included in the 'Prediction' leaderboard? In fact four of the five puzzles at the top of the list are refinement puzzles. Hence the only difference to the Overall is the inclusion of the Flu puzzle and it is identical to the CASP list.

Refinement is still doing protein structure prediction - it's just that we know more about the structure than we normally do. There's still missing information, and we're still trying to predict the native of a particular protein. As CASP is all prediction (and a good chunk of the total overall puzzles), you'll notice a lot of overlap between these during CASP.
