Description: We are starting you off with server predictions for CASP ROLL target R0010. Luckily, this is a shorter target: only 80 residues. Resetting the puzzle will cycle through 10 different server predictions that are also available in the Alignment Tool so you can use partial threading. As requested in the Scientist Chat, this puzzle will be up for 10 days. So please work on each server model, not just the one that gets you the most points initially! The secondary structure predictions are posted in the puzzle comments.

Here are the secondary structure predictions:

This puzzle is worth 130 global points!

Here is the sequence logo predicted by the SAM server.

H = helix
E = sheet
C = loop (or coil)

The taller the letter at each position, the higher the probability of that specific secondary structure for that amino acid.

For example, the Valines at residues 5 & 6 are highly predicted to be part of a sheet. However, the Valine at residue 72 is predicted to be in a helix.
