Smooth rotation of molecule introductory sequence

The introductory sequences, ex. when opening tutorial 7-3, rotate the molecule, but jerk from 0 to full angular velocity. Instead of an instantaneous infinite angular acceleration, consider implementing a short period of time where there is constant angular acceleration (and deceleration, when coming to a stop).
