within our ST-mini Rosetta energy modeling recipe, I've encountered the situation:

..how to get ST-mini Rosetta to reflect only the adjustments made at the 3rd helix if the other helices are already matched-to-Native. My idea is to give the terms for the center-most residues a higher weighting.
