I think it would be a good idea to build into foldit some of the functionality of the best of the scripts. For example the "blue fuse" algorithm. These could be selected from a menu and perhaps called from scripts. This would help keep the balance between the scripters and the rest while allowing the game to continue to make progress towards better folded proteins.
