Reset on "Colour Mutated"

I find the ability to colour mutated residues useful on the design puzzles where you can only change a few sidechains but where the number increases it is less so.
Would it be possible to have a "reset" feature, so that you can see which SC change with each run of mutate? It would also be useful to track which ones you have manually changed

It is possible? On design puzzles it would be useful information: do we change something or we going in circles?

It's not an optimal play style, but try AA Copy Paste Compare...this function almost never gets tested I don't think.

Save your solution into slot 1. Then run your mutations, and run the script, click Read, Compare, User Slot 1. It should give you all the changes as segments or ranges.
