I have been spending a good deal of time lately playing with different programs, design software, viewers, docking software, etc...

I have a whole new appreciation for the ease of use, and the wonderful graphical representation that has gone into FoldIt, there is a lot of great software out there, but this "game" really has done something special. Not only does it look great, with a clean straight forward interface, but it does many things easily that are tedious and time consuming in other programs.
