As disulfid bond form it native proteins usually when there are two Cysteins next to each other but don't really form automatically in fold.it, it would be great if there would be a tool that lets me select two Cysteins and that pushes them together the right way to form a bond.
Simple having a rubber band between them isn't enough and doesn't produce disulfid bonds.

I think both in Rosetta 13 and Rosetta 14 it's nearly impossible to create a bonding between the cysteines.
I'm confident that there are cysteine bonds in the real native protein as those two cysteine in every puzzle are near to each other.
Could someone with access to the native check?
