It appears that the wiggle tool has become noticeably slower, and also significantly less effective.
Having a limited amount of time to invest in puzzles, this is significantly hampering efforts.
Can you explain why this change was made, and whether or not you would consider changing back ?

This means that instead of chasing those last few decimals, you should explore larger changes to the protein. You will see this shift reflected in the change to the speed and effectiveness of all the tools."
I think this is supposed to be the notification and explanation.

I noticed this change as well, and apart from the explanation I would like to request that changes are noted somewhere, preferably with an explanation.
