Local wiggle sequence now allows score reductions, making the tool redundant.

...but I've had this problem also a few days ago once. So I'm not sure if it's related to the update or just an older glitch that only occurs every now and then.

It's been my experience that local wiggle has always allowed for reductions. Especially once an area has been heavily worked.

We are not talking about manual local wiggles but about local wiggle sequences in recipes.

Seth Cooper wrote in http://fold.it/portal/node/985980
"The sequential local wiggle in the cookbook will only change the protein if it can improve the score."

So this must be a bug.

Before the recent update, local wiggle never reduced the score **in recipies**. Since the update, it does.

Yes, this is not the intended behavior. I'll look into it.

Ok, I think this should be fixed and will go out in the next update.
