During the wiggle Foldit displays more sidechains with issues that when the wiggle is stopped.
Attached is my attempt at an amimated gif the demonstrates the problem. Sorry thet they are a bit off register.
I think, during wiggle, the sideshains with issues that are going to disappear, once the wiggle has stopped, should at least appear different from the ones that will persist as problems.
It one doies a rebuild and the a wiggle in an attempt to improve the sidechain issues there is no way of telling how things are going without stopping the wiggle.

Hi,
Thank you for your effort in capturing the problem and reporting to us.
You are right - the sidechain issues are NOT updated during wiggle and only updated after you click "stop wiggle". (Same goes for tweak, pull, etc.)
This is primarily because of the game speed. Calculating issues every single moment will slowdown wiggle and other tools a lot.
However, actually we have been working on updating issues more frequently, perhaps few times while running tools so there'll be less discrepencies. Hopefully this will be included in our next update.
